Welcome to to Wellness Avenue
Dear Readers,
I am so happy that you are here. Thank you for choosing to engage with me on the topic of mental health development and maintenance. Here we will go on a journey together and identify what mental health means for each and every one of us. The idea here is to provide you all with information regarding mental health and its development and tailor the information for yourself and family. Yes! This is a family oriented blog. If you have already read the introduction, you know that I am a mommaaa and that is the foundation of my entire life both personally and professionally.
I won’t be giving you information about mental health. We will be engaging TOGETHER. While reading posts and practicing exercises, I want to challenge you to always actively process the content. This means to process it on a personal level where you are able to embed it into your life (past and present experiences). This way, it will be tailored just for you. You will be able process the information in your most realistic form. You are the driver!!!! I shift the gears! We are on the road to your mental health awareness journey where we reveal various ways to reach mental stability facing everyday challenges. I am excited to be on this journey with you. You are the expert in your life and your road to mental health awareness and development is strictly yours.
