About Me
ABOUT DR. RICKIA BOLDEN
Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
My passion for counseling comes from a deep belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate support during life's most challenging moments. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and counselor educator with a doctorate in Counseling and Supervision, I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and Veterans. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and Solution-Focused interventions.
I believe that healing is not about becoming someone different, it is about reconnecting with your strengths, embracing growth, and creating the life you desire.
With quality mental health support tailored to your unique needs, we can work together to help you heal, grow, and become the healthiest version of yourself.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward wellness.
