About Me
I received my Ph.D from the University of Holy Cross in 2023. I am a licensed professional counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have been providing mental health counseling since 2019. I have worked with diverse populations serving adults, adolescents, and families. I have been pleased to work with with families and parents implementing parenting skills and strengthening child and family relationships. Additionally, I have worked with children, families, and Veterans experiencing grief and trauma assisting them in finding stability through the most traumatic and devastating life events.
I am a New Orleans native who enjoys serving my community in bringing awareness to the benefits of mental health stability. Additionally, I enjoy nourishing my relationships with friends and family. On my days off, I enjoy being a backseat rider to my three children's creative, social, and lively world.
